Sugababes - well two of them (Heidi Range and Jade Ewen) have issued this video message, thanking their fans for their support during this difficult time.
After Keisha Buchanan was forced out of the group, the new look Sugababes received a backlash from some fans after she was replaced by Ewen. And recently Amelle Berrabah was being treated for nervous exhaustion.
Sugababes have also pushed back the release of their 'Sweet 7' album until February 2010.
