Sigur Ros have filmed an ambitious documentary DVD entitled Heima, that will be accompanied by a companion album in the Autumm.

The Icelandic band filmed the project during a two week period in 2006, when they also performed a free tour of Iceland.

Besides interviews with the members of Sigur Ros, Heima also includes tracks performed from their four albums and footage of their epic homecoming show in Reykjavik.
