There is still no word on when R Kelly is releasing '12 Play: Fourth Quarter' - the fourth instalment in his '12 Play' series, but a new video has just premiered. The LP's first single was 'Hair Braider' and now hitting download stores this month is the record's second song 'Skin'. Watch the official video here:
