Morrissey gets minimalistic on his new music video for 'I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris'. The single precedes the fast-approaching 'Years Of Refusal' (out on February 16th) and was co-written with Boz Boorer & produced by Jerry Finn (who worked on 2004's 'You Are the Quarry').
