Lilly Allen makes her return now with the first fruits of her second album. 'The Fear' is the lead single from 'It's Not Me, It's You' and as the singer hinted some months ago, the music is a step away from the sound of her acclaimed debut and a move into electropop. 'It's Not Me, It's You' is released in February 2009.
