The Pigeon Detectives are now on their third single from second album 'Emergency', that took a little longer than their strutting, swaggering gem concealing debut to settle a few doubts about their merits.

However, 'Say It Like You Mean It' is carefree and harmless. The lyrics capture a simple sincerity that comes across in the delivery: "Should it always be this easy?" Bowman exclaims, mid-chorus.
