Pink - So What

Punky Queen of pop-rock Pink is back this summer with 'So What' after a two year break between albums. This catchy single is the first to be released from her upcoming fifth album 'Funhouse', and it certainly packs a punch.

Written after her split from husband Carey Hart, 'So What' is bursting with Pink's infamous "I don't care" attitude and has a tune full of heavy beats and fierce guitars.

Pink is as rock star as a pop star can get, leaving wannabes like Avril Lavigne in her shadow. Yet by keeping the music slightly dancey and more commercially available to the pop market, she cleverly makes her songs easily accessible to a broader range of fans and never seems to get pigeon-holed.

Although the verses aren't particularly exciting, the chorus is seriously catchy and more than makes up for it. This song is totally classic of Pink's style, and no one does angry chick music quite like her.
