A chugging bassline, scuzzy guitars and tub-thumping drums kickstart 8 Cans Yeah - the second single from The Oxfam Glamour Models.
After the Middlesbrough foursome's excellent debut Kick Out The Grams, how does their difficult second single follow-up?
Well 8 Cans Yeah is far more raucous than this Summer's offering and the mock London vocals are in full-swing once again (even getting a mention in the line of "and so what if I sing in a fake London accent, I can if I wanna!".
Lyrically the band are in full humour, as frontman Emmett charmingly tosses out witty lyrics about being a "connoisseur of lager" who can get "8 cans of Foster's for a fiver".
With the band sounding so fresh and raw on tape, I can only imagine how great their gigs must be.
