Written with all of the angst of a diet pills junkie Ireland's Humanzi transform paranoia into metal. Repetitive and slovenly this song is an accurate reflection of an adolescent growing up in today's society.
From the start the guitar runs through some stripped repetitions. The vocals are husky, low-pitched and male; hardly as much as rapping. The drums are a faint pace in the background. The piano later up the pace, bringing the song to its climax.
The feel of the song is reality inside your head; the lyrics reflect the thoughts of a hormonal teenager; "This is the shit you've got to live with/ This is the shit, so get used to it." It sounds like you're running through a computer game.
