London's Adaadat are notoriously famed for their mutilated approach to dark, twisted and generally mashed up electronica. This new collaboration between Bruno & Michel Are Smiling (Oliver Bulas) and Skipperrr (Charlotte Arnhold) fits into the label's skewed aesthetic perfectly.
The three tracks included on this slaughterous 7" are an intoxicating mix of brutal, battered beats and white noise. The duo compose disgusting but addictive songs of squelching synths and screaming vocals. This is "post-post-punk" with sheer f*cked-up randomness is performed with elements of disturbed gabba, warped drum & bass, distorted noise and surreal Gameboy sound effects.
This is music for those who like their music rough and sleazy as it can be. Not for the faint-hearted, it's recommended to pick up a pair of earplugs before purchase.
