V//Formation hail from Belfast and the new limited edition 7" Little Heart is released on the 15th of May.
Their indie rock melodies provide an instantaneous hook to draw you in, and they follow it swiftly by Greg Brown yelping lyrics on top in a fashion almost reminiscent to the Pixies. Slightly dark, slightly broken, slightly hopeful, V//Formation sound genuine, with music to appeal to the masses.
B-side track Open The Oceans is perhaps the better song on this CD, with more catchy hooks, angular beats and emotive poetry pasted on top. Currently touring all throughout May, V//Formation are making a splash on both sides of the Irish Sea, watch out for them.
