Yeah Yeah Yeahs Pay Tribute To Beastie Boys

Yeah Yeah Yeahs have paid a second tribute to Beastie Boys star Adam 'MC' Yauch, this time at the Lollapalooza Festival during the weekend.
The YYYs were standing in for the rap trio, who were forced to pull out of the Chicago event when Yauch was recently diagnosed with cancer.
As the band hit the stage, the performed riffs from the Beastie Boys hit 'Sabotage', and leading lady Karen O told the audience: "Isn't this night special? The Yeahs are not gonna forget."
"We're not even supposed to be here. We never expected to fill the shoes of the Beastie Boys."
Last month Karen O dedicated the Yeah Yeah Yeahs song 'Maps' to MCA, when they performed at the All Points West Festival.
