X Factor Deny 'Jedward Fix'

Bosses at The X Factor have denied the show is being rigged to ensure John and Edward Grimes remain on the series each week.
Speculation that there is a fix going on was suggested by The Sun newspaper, after footage showed Jedward attending auditions at the London O2 - three days before they then auditioned in Glasgow.
On behalf of the ITV1 contest, a spokeswoman has denied there is any corruption going on, saying in a statement: "There is always a pre-audition in front of the judges. They did a pre-audition in London then were asked to audition for the judges."
"They were given a choice of Glasgow or London. They couldn't make London so they went to Glasgow."
