Vanessa Hudgens Sues Over Leaked Pics

Vanessa Hudgens is taking legal action against a website, because they have posted photographs of the 'Bandslam' actress naked.

The intimate photos - which were snapped by the 'High School Musical' star herself on a cell phone - leaked online earlier this year and it is alleged that one site refuses to remove them.

Hudgens is now suing the website, according to papers obtained by TMZ.

The papers read: The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent."

Vanessa's legal team have also registered the pictures with the copyright office, meaning they can file for an injunction to have the site in question remove the private photos.

Hudgens is also seeking damages.
