Vanessa Hudgens Shows 'Tough' Side In Sucker Punch

According to Zack Snyder, fans of Vanessa Hudgens will be shocked by her upcoming movie role in 'Sucker Punch'.
Known for her squeaky-clean image as Gabriella Montez in High School Musical, Snyder says we'll be seeing a whole new side to the singer / actress when the movie is released in 2010.
The film-maker told MTV News: "You're going to see her shooting machine guns, fighting, beating the s*** out of people."
"It'll allow her to stretch herself and do whatever she wants, and not be too exposed by the movie - but also, on the other hand, do things that people have never seen her do."
"She has a big part, but she's not the center of the movie."
Discussing her casting, Zack says of Hudgens: "She rehearsed, she did the audition for the scene. I wasn't sure at first."
"Then I saw the tape and I literally went 'Wow, she's good,'. She's really good. Then I talked to her about what she'd have to do."
