The Verve Have Not Split Up, New Single On The Way

The Verve have denied they have split-up after the group pulled out of TV music show Later... With Jools Holland.
Rumours have been claiming inter-band tension has caused the reformed group to split up again. However, the band's PR has put the story straight, stating The Verve will appear on the show but later on in the series.
"A new single from their album is being released in October," the PR tells Planet Sound. "They haven't split up - there would be no new single if that was on the cards. We are expecting news on promotional activity for that single soon."
