The Ting Tings Ditch Their On Stage Strobe Lighting

The Ting Tings have had to get rid of strobe lighting at their live performances, as they have been causing drummer Jules de Martino to have fits.
De Martino has an eye condition which can cause him to suffer fits similar to epilepsy, so the decision was made to remove any special lighting effects from the band's gigs.
"We don't have strobe lighting any more because Jules has been having fits. That's the reason he wears sunglasses all the time, to prevent dizzy spells," singer Katie White told the Daily Star.
The Ting Tings have just announced a North American tour and also recently spoken about recording their second album.
