The Script "Bono Is A Fan Of Our Music"

The Script have revealed that U2 frontman Bono is a fan of their music.
According to the band's singer Danny O'Donoghue, Bono met the group at a Coldplay gig during 2008, where he admitted to enjoying their songs.
"Out of respect to him I want to keep exactly what he said private," O'Donoghue told the Daily Star, "but he gave us praise and said he liked the band, in front of Coldplay. I had a couple of glasses of wine because I was so nervous."
Danny also admitted he hopes Coldplay will ask The Script to support them on their September tour dates. Tickets for those are available to purchase here.
