The Saturdays To Sign US Record Deal?

The Saturdays could be signing with a US label in a bid to conquer the States.

The five-piece are reportedly in talks with several record companies says an insider, who tells The Sun: "Things have been going really well for the girls and there is a real buzz around them."

"People are already talking about The Saturdays in the States and their management want to capitalise on the hype. They think it's a case of sooner rather than later if they are going to try to break the US."

"Girls Aloud and the Sugababes never attempted it and it's too late for them now. But pop is so huge in the States at the moment, it's an opportunity they just can't afford to miss."

The Saturdays have been announced as the group to sing this year's Comic Relief single - a cover of Depeche Mode's 'Just Can't Get Enough'. The track premiered on BBC Radio 1 this morning (February 9).
