The Rumble Strips & Mark Ronson Enlist String Arranger On New Album

The Rumble Strips have been working with string arranger Owen Pallett (AKA Final Fantasy) on their next album, which is currently being produced by Mark Ronson in New York.
Pallett, who has worked with Arcade Fire and The Last Shadow Puppets, talks of how the songs for the group's second album are sounding: "The album is the most infectious record I've ever worked on. It reminds me a bit of The La's."
Mark Ronson signed The Rumble Strips to his very own record label after hearing them cover the song 'Rehab', which he wrote with Amy Winehouse. The record, despite still being untitled, is almost near completion.
In other news, the band will be road-testing material from the album on a new UK tour this March and tickets are on sale as we speak through this link.
