The Last Shadow Puppets To Play Free Gig Tonight

The Last Shadow Puppets (Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys & Miles Kane from The Rascals) are currently in New York to promote their forthcoming debut album, The Age of the Understatement, and today they will play their very first live performance together.
The set will be a special acoustic show held at Soundfix Records in Brooklyn, New York. The duo's label are urging fans NOT to call the shop for details - which are provided right here:
All you need to know, is that doors open at 9.45pm, with Turner and Kane performing at 10pm. The shop can be found at : Soundfix Records, 110 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY (Bedford & N. 11th) - Bedford L-train stop / Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The gig is completely free and all ages, but entry is obviously going to be very limited. The Age of the Understatement, will be released on April 21st (album details and track listing can be found here) and is preceded by a single (7" and Digital) featuring the album title track The Age Of The Understatement (on April 15th).
