The Kooks : "Arctic Monkeys Have Died" In The U.S.

Luke Pritchard - frontman with The Kooks - has once again slammed the Arctic Monkeys, claiming the band are "dead" in the U.S. when it comes to their album sales.

Speaking to The Sun, Pritchard is quoted as saying, "Arctic Monkeys have just died over there. They were huge for their first album but it hasn't happened with the second one."

This isn't the first time the singer has spoken not-so-fondly of the group, as last month Pritchard claimed that he once kicked Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner in the face during a show.
