The Killers Sued

The Killers are currently being sued for $16 million (Roughly £10 million) by their ex manager.
Braden Merrick has filed a lawsuit against the popular indie rockers for breach of contract. Merrick claims the band sacked him as manager two years before the end of his contract.
The former manager is sueing The Killers for loss of earnings, both as their manager and producer.
The Killers' lawyer Robert Reynolds has dismissed the claims by Braden Merrick, stating:
"The only statement the band would like to make at this time is that the claims alleged by Mr Merrick are absolutely meritless and we intend to defend this action vigorously."
