The Horrors Thrown Out Of Venue

The Horrors were forced to abruptly end a show in the US this week, after front man Faris Badwan smashed a but of Elvis Presley.

The rockers were performing in Boston at the Great Scott venue and were only three-quarters through their set, when they were thrown out of following Badwan's actions.

According to reports, Faris scaled a ledge and pulled a two foot tall porcelain bust of Elvis down and then smashed the object onto the stage causing it to break.

An eye-witness at the show posted on his Boston Herald blog, saying "No one was seemingly hurt, but this action caused the set to be instantly aborted and the UK neo-goths were told to evacuate the venue immediately."

The post added, "Badwan left Great Scott in a huff, claiming he was spit on by one of venue's staff. I wouldn't doubt it happened, as there was a brief scuffle once the bust was destroyed, though I didn't see it occur."
