The Courteeners Add Second Liverpool Gig

The Courteeners are fighting back at ticket touts, by announcing a second Liverpool show next month.
The band's already-sold-out gig at the Liverpool Academy on March 7 has seen fans forking out over the odds for tickets, which has angered the group - causing them to schedule a new show on the evening before (March 6). Tickets can be bought now here, but will sell out quickly.
The Courteeners frontman Liam Fray explained the decision for a second gig, as he says: "We have the best fans in the world and the thought that they were handing over £200 through Seatwave and eBay to ticket touts to see us really annoyed me."
"So we thought we'd take control and put another date on for them all to come and see us for a fair price."
