The Beatles Rock Band Video Game Coming In 2009

The Beatles will feature in a new version of the Rock Band video game for the first time, after the remaining members of the Fab Four agreed on a deal with gaming giants Harmonix and MTV Games.
The deal will also see the music of Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Olivia Harrison and Yoko Ono being used in the game, which will be in stores in 2009.
Paul McCartney says in a statement: "The project is a fun idea which broadens the appeal of The Beatles and their music. I like people having the opportunity to get to know the music from the inside out."
"The Beatles continue to evolve with the passing of time and how wonderful that The Beatles' legacy will find its natural progression into the 21st century through the computerized world we live in. Let the games commence."
