The Beatles Back Catalogue To Be Available As Downloads

The Beatles will finally make their back catalogue available for download, after previously declining the idea.
The band's label EMI spoke today (April 2nd) at a press conference with Apple Inc (the company behind iTunes and the iPod) and revealed they are currently working on getting the back catalogue online for purchase.
The conference also revealed how EMI would be launching DRM-free downloads in future and iTunes would be the first online store to offer these.
