T In The Park Sells Out In Record Time

No sooner did we reveal the first bands set to play at this Summer's T In The Park Festival, has the event completely sold out.
40,000 tickets sold out within just 40 minutes of going on sale this weekend, beating last year's ticket sales of 35,000 in 70 minutes.
However fans shouldn't worry too much, as organisers have revealed a second batch of tickets will go on sale in the coming weeks.
Speaking about the Festival, T In The Park organiser Geoff Ellis says: "While we thought that the T In The Park tickets would sell out quickly today, we are amazed that it has broken its own record as the fastest selling festival in the UK."
"Once again T In The Park fans have shown how much they love the festival and we look forward to seeing each and every one of you there."
