Sonar Festival 2007 Line-Up Announced

The headliners for this year's Sonar festival in Barcelona will be the Beastie Boys according to organisers and they've also revealed more names set to perform at the Summer event.
Apparently, the Beasties will give two performances - the first is a special instrumental concert on Thursday's opening night at SónarPark, entitled "A Gala Event - Exclusive Instrumental Show".
A second show then takes place on Friday night at SónarClub, with all their usual fireworks.
In total, thirty-nine acts and names have now been confirmed, with a lot of UK Favourites scheduled to appear like: New Young Pony Club, Simian Mobile Disco, Mogwai and Dizzee Rascal.
Also playing a rare live set is Black Affair - the new project from Steve Mason (formerly of The Beta Band and King Biscuit Time), as well Cornelius, rave legends Altern8 and noise-fiends Wolf Eyes.
Sonar 2007 is held in Barcelona, from June 14th - 16th and includes over 50 acts. 80,000 music lovers will be attending the annual festival and ticket info can be found here.
