Snoop Dogg Won't Get True Blood Cameo

Snoop Dogg's bid to land a cameo in hit vampire series True Blood hasn't gone to plan.
The rapper confessed to being a big fan of the HBO series and even made reference to the show on his new 'Gangsta Luv' single. Then this month he revealed he wants a part in the next series.
But True Blood creator Alan Ball is not taking to the idea of featuring the rap star. He said he intends to "fight to preserve the integrity of the fictional world of True Blood."
"Any time you bring in celebrities, like 'Hey! Look! It's Snoop Dog!', I feel like it's going to take us out of the story and it becomes something else so my guess is [it's] not going to happen."
