Hood of Horror, the new film from rapper Snoop Dogg, had its U.S. theatrical rights bought by distribution company Xenon Pictures last Thursday at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
Split into three stories, the comedy is about the residents of an inner-city neighborhood whose actions in this life determine where they will go in the afterlife, and is narrated by Snoop playing a character called the Hound of Hell.
It was directed by Oscar-nominated Stacy Title, of The Last Supper fame. The cast include Ernie Hudson, Danny Trejo, Pooch Hall, Anson Mount, Daniella Alonso and others.
