Shakira Is 'Motivated By Fear'

Shakira has revealed she is motivated by her fear.

So scared of failing in her career as an international pop star, that the 'She Wolf' howler is driven to work even harder on her music.

"There is nothing scarier than standing in front of a white canvas when you are starting a project," Shakira said. "You never know if you are going to be able to explore new routes or present new possibilities to people."

"But then it happens again and again and that is what is so exciting. That is what keeps me hungry about doing music."
