Samantha Ronson Denies Lindsay Lohan Restraining Order

Samantha Ronson is not seeking a restraining order against Lindsay Lohan, following their break-up.
It was rumored that the DJ had requested the order against the Mean Girls actress at a Beverly Hills police station.
But contrary to reports that claimed otherwise, a representative for Ronson told People: "Samantha has no plan to request a restraining order. There is no basis for one."
Yesterday Lohan confirmed the pair were "taking a break".
