Rihanna To Testify In Chris Brown Assault Case

Rihanna will have to testify against her former boyfriend Chris Brown in court later this month.
Ri was served with a subpoena on Tuesday (June 9), meaning she must face her ex when he attends a hearing in Los Angeles on June 22.
Her attorney Donald Etra confirmed to People that she will be attending the case and intends to co-operate. "Rihanna was served at my office by L.A. DA investigators," he said.
"If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully."
Chris is facing charges of assault, following his alleged attack on his former lover back in February.
The 'Kiss Kiss' singer has pleaded not guilty and last month Brown issued a video online claiming he was "not a monster".
