R.E.M. Move Cardiff Millennium Stadium Show To Smaller Venue

R.E.M. have downsized their forthcoming Cardiff show, by moving the event from the outdoor Millennium Stadium, to a smaller indoor venue - because of poor ticket sales.
The band should have been performing to around 35,000 fans on August 25th at the stadium, but after only 18,000 tickets were sold, the show has been moved to the Cardiff International Arena.
Tickets for this date are still valid, but those wanting a refund can do so from point of purchase. Fans with tickets have also been offered discounts on more R.E.M. shows at Southampton and Twickenham.
The band will play these August dates:
Manchester Lancashire County Cricket Club (24)
Cardiff International Arena (25)
Southampton Rose Bowl (27)
London Twickenham Stadium (30)
