Radiohead Sign To XL Recordings

Radiohead have signed with XL Recordings for the CD release of their new album In Rainbows (read our review).
Rumours were circulating that the band would ink a deal with the label as Thom Yorke released his first solo album The Eraser through the large independent last year.
The deal will see In Rainbows being distributed worldwide outside of North America, freeing up Radiohead to sign a different deal for the release in the US.
In Rainbows was released on October 10th as a download only, however a special discbox will be sent out on December 3rd to fans who purchased the set through the band's website - the box contains the album as two separate 12" vinyls, as well as a CD and a bonus CD of extra tracks.
