Radiohead, Robert Plant, Estelle Set For Mercury Music Prize

This year's Nationwide Mercury Music Prize shortlist has been announced today, with twelve acts nominated for the annual prestigious award.

Amongst those competing for the prize include Radiohead and their 2007 album 'In Rainbows', Adele with her debut '19' from the beginning of the year, Alex Turner and Miles Kane and their self-titled 'The Last Shadow Puppets'.

Elsewhere, Burial's masterpiece 'Untrue' makes an appearance, alongside Led Zeppelin's Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, with their collaborative effort 'Raising Sand'.
