Pussycat Dolls Star Working On A Solo Album

Pussycat Dolls member Kimberly Wyatt has been working on a solo album.

The singer, who has moaned several times that Nicole Scherzinger steals all of the focus in the group, says that she is excited to be releasing her own material.

However, fans of the Pussycat Dolls needn't fear that the band are splitting, as Wyatt insists that she will remain in the group.

She tells Yahoo music: "It's a dance pop record and I'm so excited by it. It's not the end of the band, though. It's the foundation for all solo projects. We are all independent girls, but will always be Pussycat Dolls as well."

And Kimberly has other ambitions other than music, she adds: "I loved movies like Flashdance and Fame as a kid and I'm glad people are loving dance again. My dream is to star in my own dance movie."
