Pete Doherty Inspired By Drug-Free Winehouse

Pete Doherty has revealed that he has been given inspiration to turn his life around by troubled singer Amy Winehouse, who herself has battled with drink and drugs.
The Babyshambles frontman claims that seeing pictures of Winehouse looking healthy and drug free while she is on holiday on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, has made him want to change his own lifestyle.
Speaking to the News Of The World, Pete said: "She had gone deeper and deeper into a black place. She needed a bright light. And that bright light turned out to be the sun."
Doherty also joked about finding a new love in 2009: "I don't want her to be famous, just rich. Actually, I'm not that shallow. It's not about money - just looks."
