Pete Doherty Fans Bottle The Stage

Fans of Pete Doherty were furious when the singer's set at the V Festival was cut short - causing them to pelt the stage with bottles.
The troubled rocker was performing a solo set at the Staffordshire event yesterday (23rd August), when he went over his allocated time - forcing stage hands to block out his sound.
Doherty was covering The Beatles hit 'Twist And Shout' when the plug was pulled, and an unhappy singer stormed off the stage.
The audience then proceeded to throw glasses and bottles towards the stage, in the hope organisers would bring back on the Babyshambles star.
Fans also chanted his name for 15 minutes, to no avail.
