Paris Hilton Row 'Blown Out Of Proportion'

Paris Hilton didn't have a major fall out with Doug Reinhardt on Halloween, so says her representative.

It had reported that the heiress had a heated row with her beau, which caused Doug to throw Hilton's cell phone out of his car window in anger.

A source told us at the time: "I was at the Roosevelt Hotel on Halloween where Paris and Doug were and we were leaving the same time they were."

"Paris was really drunk and I saw her drop her phone several times as she was walking to her car. We saw Doug and his friends get in the car and Paris was yelling at him and she was completely trashed. But nothing else happened and then they drove away."

But Hilton's rep has denied there was any argument, telling Entertainment Tonight: "Doug had thrown Paris's phone to a friend inside the car and it went out of the window by accident."

"Paris was annoyed with Doug because she was afraid that the paparazzi would get her phone. There was never a choking incident. The photographs show Doug asking Paris not to go back outside and to calm down."
