Diddy, or P Diddy as he's known in the UK, may be in more hot water regarding the use of his former alias.
Last year, Sean Combs had a lawsuit filed against him by British musician Richard 'Diddy' Dearlove over the use of the name, meaning the US hip hop star could no longer use the moniker in the UK.
However, now Dearlove's attorney Iain Purvis, recently made a complaint to the London High Court claiming P Diddy was still using the Diddy alias on websites which were accessible to fans within the UK.
Purvis says: "We want him either to use a neutral name like P. Diddy or to shut them down. It may be tough for him, but that is just unfortunate". He then added: "He has made his bed, he should lie in it."
Since last year's case, P Diddy has changed his own website so UK visitors are redirected to a site which doesn't use the Diddy name.
