A few weeks before Christmas, indie giants Oasis will be taking over the programming of a radio station for a whole day.
The band, who will be releasing their greatest hits package Stop The Clocks next week (November 20th), will take over BBC 6 Music on December 12th for the annual Music Selector.
The "take over" will see Oasis choosing some of their favourite music from the likes of classic bands like the Sex Pistols and The Beatles, to contemporary names likes Board Of Canada and The Go! Team.
The day will also see a specially commissioned four-track live session from The Coral, which was recorded at Noel Gallagher's studio.
The annual event has previously been involved with Radiohead, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs and Manic Street Preachers.
