Oasis Stay In Spain To Watch Weller Live

Oasis spent an extra day while touring Spain, so they could watch their friend Paul Weller performing.
The band had been headlining the opening night of the Benicassim Festival in Spain, but the former Jam singer was scheduled for the following night - Saturday, July 18.
A source close to the band told The Sun: "Oasis' equipment flew out straight away. But Liam and Noel decided not to accompany it."
"Liam has repeatedly said what a good time he is having and decided to turn the trip into a mini-holiday. Paul is one of Liam's heroes and he was gutted he thought he was going to miss his set."
As already reported, Oasis suffered technical problems during their performance, causing Liam Gallagher to storm off stage.
