Oasis have pulled a show in Germany tonight (January 19), as singer Liam Gallagher is ill.
A statement on the group's website explains in further detail: "Oasis have been forced to postpone tonight's sold out show at the Philipshalle in Dusseldorf on medical advice."
"Liam Gallagher who has had a sore throat for the past few shows was examined by a doctor this morning. The doctor has diagnosed an oedema on Liam's vocal chords and has advised total rest for 48 hours."
"The concert has been rescheduled for the 4th of February. All tickets will remain valid for the new date but ticket holders may apply for refunds from the point of ticket purchase."
"Oasis are disappointed that they cannot continue with tonight's show as planned and would like to apologise to their fans for the inconvenience."
Fans with tickets for other gigs shouldn't worry however, as the rest of the European tour will go ahead as planned. Oasis will resume their schedule on January 21 at Amsterdam's Heineken Music Hall.
