Oasis 2009 Tour Dates Just Announced

Oasis have announced a UK 2009 Summer tour, which will see the band playing large venues - including two huge outdoor events in Manchester and a two night stint at Wembley Stadium.
In addition to the previously announced Slane Castle event, June and July will also see seven more concerts, with dates being held in Sunderland, Cardiff, Edinburgh and the two locations mentioned above.
Support for the shows has been announced as Kasabian and The Enemy, and tickets will go on sale on October 24 at 10am - check back here then to gets yours as they become available.
Noel Gallagher says of the tour: "Looking at the bill, I think these are going to be the gigs of next year, if not the decade for a certain demographic."
"I'm just glad I can get tickets. These are the gigs that people remember, they meet future wives. I give thanks that we're headlining it and not some heritage act on before a bunch of kids."
