Nude Madonna / Guy Ritchie Painting Sells

The painting which features a nude image of Madonna and former husband Guy Ritchie has now been sold.
Although the painting failed to sell recently, it has now been bought for an undisclosed amount, BBC News reports.
Earlier this month, the artwork - as created by Peter Howson in 2005 - didn't reach a £15,000 reserve when it went into an auction.
Now Brian Clements of McTear's says: "Although we cannot divulge the name of the buyer, we can confirm that the painting will be leaving Scotland."
As for the figure the unknown collector paid, Clements simply added that he was "delighted to have secured such an excellent price for the painting".
