Muse 'Asked To Move Outdoor Concerts'

Muse have just performed two sold-out events in Teignmouth this weekend, but it seems some locals wanted the concerts moved - so they could get a better view of the live shows.
According to The Sun, some residents petitioned for the events to be moved elsewhere - while some elderly fans even asked the council to move them nearer to their nursing home, so they could view the stage from their bedroom windows.
"Some of the homes were pretty unimpressed by the plans and vocally criticised them." A source is quoted telling the newspaper. "So the lads had a good laugh when the request came for the stage to be moved."
"Much as they would have liked to please the old folk, it was just too late in the day for any further changes."
Muse previewed mew material from their forthcoming album 'The Resistance' at the homecoming gigs.
