Morrissey Denies "Baffling" Smiths Reunion Claims

Morrissey has again told fans there will no reunion of The Smiths.
Speaking to BBC Radio 2, the singer expressed confusion as to why there is constant speculation the band will be reforming.
"People always ask me about reunions and I can't imagine why," says Morrissey. "It baffles me. The past seems like a distant place and I'm pleased with that. I feel very much of now."
"I just sing the songs that please me and I don't try to please anyone else. I don't ask people what they think about them."
Since the split of The Smiths, Morrissey has enjoyed a successful solo career and will be releasing his new album 'Years Of Refusal' on Monday, February 16.
