Mogwai Batcat EP And UK Tour Announced

Mogwai have made a double announcement today, with details of a new EP and a UK tour being revealed.
The 'Batcat' EP will be released September 8th in the UK as a CD, 12" and download, while North America will get the 12" and download the following day, September 9th.
The lead track is taken from the forthcoming album 'The Hawk Is Howling', released on September 22nd, while b-sides include two exclusive songs - 'Devil Rides' and the tastefully named 'Stupid Prick Gets Chased By The Police And Loses His Slut Girlfriend'.
'Devil Rides' features a guest vocal from Roky Erickson - the American singer and songwriter from 13th Floor Elevators.
